DELIVERY TERMS
We use USPS, FedEx and UPS to deliver the product. If shipping by Freight, other carriers will be used R+L, Southeastern Frieght Lines. 

Order Cut-off Time:  5 PM  (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago)

Order Processing Time or Handling Time: Our Order Processing Time is 1-2 working days. (Monday-Friday)

Transit Time: Our Transit Time is 3-5 working days. (Monday-Friday) 

Change of Delivery Address

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order at support@krayber.com or Call us at  +1 806-221-2136

Order cancellation policy

You need to contact us within 1 hour after order confirmation. Otherwise, we are unable to cancel the order.

Item not received

In the event that your order does not arrive within the 3-5 transit days, please email us as soon as possible at support@krayber.com with your order number.
