PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated:

Krayber ("we," "us," or "our") operates krayber.com and sells to customers in the United States. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information when you browse our website, create an account, shop with us, submit a review, or contact us.

Our advertising partners include Google and Meta when their tools are enabled. Learn how Google processes personal information, or go to cookies and advertising and your privacy choices.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Account information. When you register or sign in, we receive information from our sign-in service, including your name, email address, verification status, and an account identifier. We use this information to connect your sign-in with your store account. If you choose a third-party sign-in option, the information we receive depends on that option and your settings.

Shopping and order information. We collect the products, quantities, and options in your cart; your email address; recipient name; business name if provided; phone number; delivery and billing addresses; shipping selections; and order and payment records. Information you submit during checkout can be saved before you complete an order. If you save addresses to your account, we store those addresses for future purchases.

Payment information. Our payment processing service collects payment-card details through its payment fields. Our website does not receive your full card number or card security code through those fields. Our store receives payment references, payment status, and information needed to record and manage the transaction. Payment providers also process transaction and device information to authenticate payments, help prevent fraud, and meet their legal obligations.

Business pricing, tax exemption and credit applications. If you apply for business pricing, tax exemption or credit terms, we may collect the business details, tax certificates, references and credit-application information you submit to evaluate and manage that request.

Messages and reviews. When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, message, and any order number or other information you provide. When you submit a product review, we collect your rating, headline, comments, and the associated product and account information.

Technical and usage information. Our website and service providers receive information such as your IP address, browser and device information, request times, pages requested, referring pages, and search terms. Cookies and similar technologies also provide information needed to operate your account and cart. Advertising technologies, when enabled, collect additional usage information as described below.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use personal information to:

  • Authenticate customers, connect store accounts, and maintain saved addresses and order history.
  • Maintain carts, process payments, fulfill orders, arrange delivery, and handle order questions, returns, or refunds.
  • Send account, security, and order communications and respond to support requests.
  • Evaluate and manage applications for business pricing, tax exemption or credit terms.
  • Send promotional email about our products and offers where permitted by law, subject to your choices.
  • Review and publish product reviews.
  • Operate, troubleshoot, and improve the website; limit abusive requests; and help prevent fraud and unauthorized access.
  • Measure advertising and show relevant advertisements when advertising tools are enabled.
  • Maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION

We disclose information to providers that support our business, including:

  • Sign-in and account providers, which verify identity and maintain access to your account.
  • Store and order management providers, which maintain carts, customer records, saved addresses, orders, contact messages, and reviews.
  • Payment providers and financial institutions, which process transactions and help prevent payment fraud.
  • Delivery and fulfillment providers, which receive the recipient, address, contact, and order information needed to deliver purchases.
  • Email service providers, which help send account, order, support and promotional email.
  • Hosting, security, and technical support providers, which process website requests and help operate and protect the service.

When advertising tools are enabled, information is also disclosed to the advertising partners described below. Those partners may use information for their own purposes under their privacy policies, including advertising across websites and services.

We may disclose relevant information to comply with law or legal process, protect people and our rights, investigate fraud or security incidents, or obtain professional advice. Information may also be disclosed in connection with a proposed or completed merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of our business or assets.

COOKIES AND ADVERTISING

Store operation. We use cookies to maintain sign-in sessions, protect authentication, and remember and connect your shopping cart. Blocking these cookies can prevent sign-in, cart, or checkout features from working.

Advertising tools. When enabled, we use Meta Pixel and Google Ads to measure advertising results, understand shopping activity, and reach people who have visited our website. These partners may use cookies, pixels, and device or browser identifiers to collect or receive page URLs, IP addresses, browser and device information, and activity on our site.

Meta Pixel events can include product views, product search terms, items added to a cart, checkout activity, payment-step completion, purchases, and the fact that a contact message was submitted. Event information can include product identifiers and names, quantities, prices, order values, currency, and an order identifier. The advertising events we send do not include full payment-card details or contact-message text.

When we use customer lists for advertising, we may provide contact identifiers, such as email addresses, to Google or Meta to match customers to users of their services, measure advertising results and create advertising audiences.

Third-party vendors, including Google, may show our advertisements on websites and apps across the internet. They may use cookies or device identifiers to show advertisements based on your previous visits to our website. Google and Meta may combine information received from our site with information from their other services or partners, subject to their policies and your settings. These disclosures may qualify as a "sale," "sharing," or processing for targeted advertising under applicable state privacy laws.

You can learn more and manage partner advertising choices through:

You can also use your browser's controls to block or delete cookies and your device settings to manage advertising identifiers. Partner settings may apply only to a particular account, browser, or device. Turning off personalized ads does not stop all advertising or all measurement. These partner settings do not replace any privacy rights you may have against Krayber.

Our website does not currently respond automatically to browser "Do Not Track" signals. To submit a privacy or advertising opt-out request to Krayber, use the contact details below.

PUBLIC REVIEWS

Approved reviews appear publicly with the rating, headline, comments, date, and reviewer display name. For newly submitted reviews, we use your first name and last initial when available, or a general customer label. Information you include in the review itself will also become public if the review is approved. Please keep private contact, order, and payment information out of your review. Contact us if you want to request removal of a review.

YOUR CHOICES AND PRIVACY REQUESTS

Promotional email. You can opt out of promotional email by following the unsubscribe instructions in the email or emailing support@krayber.com. We may still send account, security, order and other service messages.

You can view your order history and manage saved addresses through your account. For help correcting other account information, or to request access to or deletion of personal information, email support@krayber.com or use our contact form.

Depending on your state of residence and the laws that apply to our business, you may have rights to confirm whether we process your information; obtain access or a portable copy; correct inaccuracies; request deletion; and opt out of a sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. You may also be entitled to use an authorized agent to submit a request.

Tell us what you are requesting and provide enough information to identify the relevant account or records. We may need to verify your identity or an agent's authority before fulfilling certain requests. Please do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, or identity documents with your initial request. We respond within the time required by applicable law and may retain information or decline requests where the law permits. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

Where applicable law provides an appeal right, you may appeal a denied request by emailing support@krayber.com with the subject "Privacy Appeal" and explaining why you believe the decision should be reconsidered. You may also contact your state's attorney general or privacy regulator.

RETENTION AND SECURITY

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy. Retention depends on the type of information, whether your account is active, order and support needs, accounting and legal requirements, fraud prevention, and the resolution of disputes. Removing a saved address or closing an account does not necessarily remove information from previous orders or records we must retain.

We use safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted website connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

WHERE INFORMATION IS PROCESSED

We serve customers in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate; selling only within the United States does not mean all information is stored or processed only in the United States.

CHILDREN

Our website is intended for adult purchasers of fleet and facility supplies and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and address it.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy as our services or practices change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above. If applicable law requires additional notice, we will provide it.
