SHIPPING COST

• Orders up to $50.00: $5.99 flat-rate shipping per order.
• Orders over $50.00: free shipping.
• The threshold is the merchandise subtotal, before tax. An order of exactly $50.00 pays $5.99.
• The same rate applies to guests and account holders, including pallet and freight orders.

Your cart and checkout show the shipping amount before you pay. Any applicable sales tax is added at checkout.

WHERE WE SHIP

We ship to business and residential addresses in the contiguous United States from Amarillo, Texas. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or PO boxes.

Small orders ship by parcel; heavy or bulky orders, such as fluids in drums or totes and pallet quantities, ship by freight, with someone present to receive and sign for them. We collect your delivery details when you order and provide delivery assistance if needed. Liftgate delivery is available, and we can deliver pallets to residential addresses. Some regulated products, such as aerosols and certain flammable or corrosive chemicals, ship by ground only.

WHEN YOUR ORDER SHIPS

In-stock orders leave our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Delivery usually takes another 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location. Where we have a different ship estimate for an item, the product page shows it next to the price, and that estimate applies to that item. If we cannot ship on time we tell you. You may cancel any order before it ships for a full refund.

We provide tracking for every order. Expedited shipping is not currently available.
