Dixie Ovenable Pan Liners are paper pan liners for lining pans in the oven at temperatures up to 400°F. Each disposable sheet goes between the food and the pan, so pans come out cleaner and cleanup after baking or roasting takes less time.
The liners are coated, bleached white paper sheets measuring 16 3/8 x 24 3/8 in, with a thickness of 0.8 mil and a basis weight of 22.2 lb. They are kosher certified. Kitchens in restaurants, bakeries, cafeterias and catering operations use them for daily baking and food prep, and they work just as well for home baking.
